The welcoming staff truly set this place apart, ensuring our needs were met and even assisting with excursions. Fresh and healthy meals, including the best tagine we had, added to the delightful experience. the air conditioning could use improvement as it struggled to keep the room cool during the heat, and more privacy for ground floor rooms would be preferable. having to reserve dinners in advance is worth noting.
